AI For Nurses Leaders Forum

With AI top of mind for so many healthcare professionals, the Summit offers a full-day, interactive “AI for Nurse Leaders Forum” on March 9 before the Main Conference kicks off on March 10. Nurse leaders will explore and discuss AI’s impact to enhance patient care and improving workflow efficiency.
The agenda for the Forum features:
- The essential steps needed to prepare your organization for responsible and sustainable AI integration
- The transformative potential of AI-powered scheduling tools in the nursing field
- Understanding patient outcomes through predictive analytics and personalized care plans
- How AI can support equitable staffing practices while strengthening trust among nursing teams.
Nurse leaders will have the opportunity to discuss their understanding and use of AI at their respective organizations via peer-to-peer roundtable discussions facilitated by ANA\California Fellows. The goal of the Forum is for nurse leaders to enter as a “novice” and leave the Forum as an “expert” … or with the expertise to download and share the Forum’s best practices within their respective organizations.
3-Day Summit
Nurse leaders will have the opportunity to connect and knowledge share over the three-day Summit thanks to built-in Roundtable Discussions, networking breaks, and extended lunches on the agenda. And, the coastal views at the Hilton Torrey Pines are among the benefits of attending.
