If you thought nurses didn’t need drama outside of the hospital, Love Is Blind Season 10 is here to prove otherwise. Netflix’s hit reality dating experiment returned on February 11, 2026, and this season, some of the standout cast members are nurses.
What Is ‘Love Is Blind’?
Love Is Blind is a reality dating show where singles try to make emotional connections without ever seeing one another face-to-face. Cast members chat in “pods” — little rooms with audio only — building relationships based on conversation alone. All that talking can lead to an engagement in the pods, after which they finally meet and then take their relationship into the real world. It’s a wild social experiment that’s returning for its tenth U.S. season with 32 singles from Ohio searching for deep connection.
This season feels like a milestone, with multiple early engagements compared to past seasons. And leading the charge in those pods? Three incredible nurses bringing their bedside manner to the dating game.
Nurses of the Pods: Amber, Brittany W., & Elissa
Season 10 features several nurses whose professional lives clearly shape how they show up in the pods.
Amber Morrison — Nurse Practitioner & Proud Mom
Amber isn’t just searching for love — she’s looking for someone who’s ready to join her family. A 34-year-old nurse practitioner originally from Columbus, Amber balances childcare with caring for others in her work life. She’s quick to remind podmates (and viewers) that her heart is as big as her schedule.
Amber’s journey has been one of connection, courage, and candor. Early episodes revealed her desire to find a partner who will support not just her — but her 7-year-old daughter too. Amber’s warmth and emotional honesty have made her one of the more memorable cast members so far.
Fun fact: Amber’s experience juggling nursing school, motherhood, and her professional life gives her a uniquely grounded perspective in the pods — and fans have been all about it.
Brittany W. — RN With a Real-Life Story
Brittany W., a 33-year-old registered nurse, is another healthcare pro bringing her real-world values into the experiment. A self-described hard-worker, she’s proud of paying off her nursing school debt and she is stepping into the pods ready to find meaningful love — not just chemistry.
In a season where emotional depth matters more than surface attraction, Brittany’s practical empathy — honed through her work as an RN — gives her chats a thoughtful vibe.
By the latest episodes, she’s found a connection that led to an engagement — making her one of the couples headed to the next phase of the experiment.
Elissa — ICU Nurse & Pod Hero (Literally)
Elissa might be the bravest nurse in Love Is Blind history, but not for reasons you’d expect.
The 39-year-old ICU nurse suffered a dramatic medical mishap on set when she accidentally put nail glue in her eye, thinking it was eye drops. The result? A corneal abrasion that landed her in the hospital during filming, but she still headed back to the pods wearing an eye patch.
She told Tudum: “I went into the dressing room … saw a little bottle that looked like eye drops that we use in the hospital. I put it in my eye and was like, ‘Holy crap. That is thick.’”
That commitment? Pure nurse instinct — zero quit.
Though Elissa’s journey didn’t become one of the main wedding arcs on the show, her quick thinking and humor in a scary moment made her unforgettable — both as a contestant and as an ICU nurse.
