Haley Pilat is an operating nurse at HCA - Conroe for the last 3 years. Haley is fully dedicated to her profession, and has a preserving mindset to help any individual in need of assistance. This includes scheduled everyday surgeries along with trauma unit surgeries for immediate emergency situations that could involve life or death. It takes a special individual not only to be a nurse, but to help assist with high pressure emergency situations that entails the future of an individuals life. Haley is certainly that type of person. She is highly respected from all her coworkers and by every surgeon that operates at HCA - Conroe. To prove this, Haley recently won an award at HCA - Conroe titled "Great Catch of the year award". This award embodies nurses who go above and beyond, and exemplify the characteristics of what a nurse should truly represent. Haley was awarded this great accomplishment because she helped report and improve patients safety throughout the whole hospital.
