Is Trinity College of Nursing Worth It?

Trinity College of Nursing is expensive, despite its small size. The program has a strong NCLEX pass rate and has a significant history in the region. Some of the factors that students must consider before choosing a nursing program include:

  • The type of healthcare institution where you will be employed

  • The city and state will you live

  • Whether you work part-time or full-time

  • Whether you pick up overtime shifts or weekends (for a higher hourly wage)?

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), nurses earn a median annual salary of $77,600 per hour or $37.31 per hour. However, the range varies widely depending on many of the factors mentioned above.

According to ZipRecruiter, nurse salaries range from $35,500 to $123,500, with an annual mean salary of $77,012.  Keep in mind that nurses who live in cities and states with a higher cost of living typically earn much higher salaries than nurses who work in more rural areas.

Trinity College of Nursing Reviews

“Trinity was good to me. I went to nursing school and had a baby while in the nursing program. The staff worked with me so I was able to have my baby and still graduate on time.” Indeed

“Good teachers, Good career preparation, Hands-on training. Modern day nursing school doesn't allow you to be as hands on with training as in the past. That is my only complaint. Wish I got to do more. Loved my teachers and thought the class material, as well as clinical material, was highly pertinent to today's medical culture/field. Nurses today have so much to learn and be aware of and I think this program helped us to understand this and be relatively prepared to go into the workforce.” Indeed
