The complaint accuses Hutchison of criminally neglecting the residents at the facility by working while she was intoxicated. Her actions “recklessly created a substantial likelihood” that a resident’s condition could deteriorate or their life would be in danger under her care, the document claimed.
The complaint listed an offense date of June 11. Public court records show that a warrant was issued for Hutchison’s arrest on July 10 and that a preliminary hearing date has been set for July 26.
Hutchison has not yet been taken into police custody.
Nursing license status
