As the Dodgers took on their rivals, the San Francisco Giants, under the stadium lights, the real stars of the evening were undoubtedly the nurses, who were celebrated for their dedication, resilience, and compassionate service.

Dodgers Nurse Appreciation Night 2023 - event recap
The Los Angeles Dodgers, a team deeply rooted in the community, recognize the immense contributions of nurses who teamed up with Nurse.org to present the pregame ceremony. During the pregame ceremony, FOUR nurses were honored on the field. Through a nomination and voting process, the four nurses were selected! Nurse James, received over 10,000 votes and threw out the first pitch, and the runner-up, Nurse Nalina, received over 9,000 votes and caught the first pitch!
