The Big Win

De Guzman earned his place on stage after correctly bidding during Contestant’s Row. Once selected for the “Master Key” segment, he successfully priced two smaller items to receive two keys to try on the prize locks. One of those keys turned out to be the coveted Master Key, unlocking every prize in the game.

His winnings included a luggage set, a luxury vacation package with airfare, and a 2025 Hyundai SUV. When host Drew Carey confirmed the SUV win, De Guzman celebrated by running across the stage and hugging his new car. His reaction quickly spread across social media clips shared by CBS and fans online.

A Dream Come True

After the episode aired, De Guzman shared his excitement and gratitude in a Facebook post, writing, “Thank you for the blessings! I GOT THE MASTER KEY! While growing up, it was one of my dreams to be on this show and it happened. Life is truly amazing.”

Nurses in the Spotlight

While nurses are more often recognized for their work inside hospitals and clinics, moments like De Guzman’s highlight the diverse ways nurses appear in public life. His appearance on The Price Is Right drew positive reactions from the nursing community, with many celebrating the win as a well-deserved moment of joy and recognition.

As nurses across the country continue to face workplace challenges and staffing shortages, stories like this serve as a reminder of the human side of the profession—resilient, multifaceted, and sometimes full of unexpected opportunities.
