Fake Aesthetic Nurse, Who Allegedly Injected Phony Botox Into Thousands, Arrested
Esthetician and owner of Skin Beaute Med Spa, Rebecca Fadanelli, 38, not only claimed to be a nurse but also allegedly imported and injected fake Botox and fillers into clients.
With locations in Randolph and South Easton, Massachusetts, Fadanelli was recently arrested and accused of,
- Falsely representing herself as a nurse.
- Importing fake versions of popular cosmetic injectables, including Botox, Sculptra, and Juvederm, from China and Brazil.
