Continuity Care Home Nurses San Bernardino, CA
We have an IMMEDIATE NEED FOR EXPERIENCED LVN'S for to care for a quadraplegic patient in San Bernardino. These are 12 hour shifts - both days and night shifts. This is a long term case! Some heavy lifting will be required and experience with hoyer lifts preferred. Previous Rehab experience is a PLUS!!
- One full year of previous facility experience is required.
- No new graduates please. Some clients require trach, g-tube and ventilator care while others may not.

- CA Nurse License
- Current CPR Card
- Physical, TB Test,
- Driver's License,
- Social Security Card, Green Card and/or Work Authorization if applicable
