👩‍⚕️ Who You Are

You're a former ICU nurse leader (Manager, Director, or higher) who has lived the reality of line tracing chaos and labeling headaches. You know the challenges and you’re ready to lead hospitals toward a better way.

• You’re passionate about improving clinical workflows and patient safety.
• You believe automation should support nurses at the bedside.
• You’re ready to influence change across hospital systems and connect with your peers from a new angle.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales of the Vigilant Verify platform across ICUs in the Northeast.
• Build and grow relationships with CNOs, ICU directors, and quality leaders.
• Conduct virtual and in-person demos that highlight compliance wins, time savings, and patient safety outcomes.
• Use your clinical experience to empathize with nursing teams and advocate for better solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and implementation teams to support adoption and impact.
• Attend major industry events like NTI, AONL, etc. to generate leads and grow brand presence.

🧠 Qualifications

• Former ICU nurse leader (Manager, Director, or higher) – Required
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in critical care
• Strong working knowledge of Joint Commission, INS, and ISMP guidelines
• Excellent communicator with influence at both bedside and boardroom
• Sales experience a plus—but not required (we’ll train you!)
• Willing to travel up to 30% within the region
