Kim Dupree Jones, PhD, RN, FNP-BC, FAAN, is a nationally renowned nurse scientist and educator with over 30 years of experience in symptom science. She is a pioneering researcher on fibromyalgia, with works cited in major medical texts and treatment guidelines. She co-authored The Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQR), extensively used by pharmaceutical companies during FDA drug testing. She also holds a patent for a genomics-based blood marker for fibromyalgia. Dr. Jones has published more than 130 papers and completed more than 60 studies on fibromyalgia. She currently serves as the Associate Dean of for Academic Advancement at Emory University Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing in Atlanta, Georgia.
