Joshua Condado is a Nurse Anesthesiologist that has spent the last 10 years building the life of his dreams. While he loves the practice of anesthesia he fell into the trap of picking up extra shifts and in 2019-2020 started feeling the burn out that so many nursing professionals fall into. Since then he started buying real estate and launched a podcast/platform that focuses solely on helping other nurses and professionals avoid the extra shift trap and preventing burn out. He loves mentoring others on becoming a CRNA and finding freedom outside of the extra shift trap.
