“For nearly ten years, I've been dedicated to the field of nursing. My journey began as a bedside nurse in the ICU, exposing me to a variety of scrubs along the way. As my career evolved, I transitioned into the role of a nurse practitioner specializing in urology. In this capacity, I serve in both an outpatient clinic and a procedural capacity, conducting tasks like biopsies and cystoscopies. Given the demands of my role, finding attire that can match my pace is paramount. With a substantial amount of time spent on my feet, particularly on days when I'm engaged in procedures, the right clothing is of utmost importance.”
What scrubs do you usually wear to work and why?
“The surgical scrubs I regularly donned at my workplace were the ones furnished by my employer.”
How do you typically choose your scrubs?
“When selecting scrubs, the primary considerations for me are cost and comfort. It's highly valuable to me that the scrubs maintain their neatness without wrinkling as soon as they're folded. Finally, equally important is the style of the scrubs. I tend to prefer a looser fit along the legs, while still maintaining a professionally updated appearance.”
How long are you usually at work during a typical shift?
“My usual work hours extend to 10 hours.”
What do you like about Fabletics scrubs?
“I absolutely loved that they offered different lengths for the scrubs! Being tall, and having an option that catered to us taller folks was a wonderful touch. And can I just say, the fabric of the scrubs was like pure comfort – smooth, lightweight, and stretchy all at once! The fact that even the pockets had a stretchy lining inside just won me over. Oh, and let's not forget the "chai" color – it was a hit among my coworkers!”
What do you dislike about Fabletics scrubs?
“There are a couple of areas where the scrubs could see some improvements. Firstly, enhancing the stain resistance would be beneficial. Additionally, there's room for enhancing the anti-wrinkle quality as well.”
Is there anything else you think nurses should know about Fabletics scrubs?
“The scrubs offer a variety of pockets, including generously sized ones with zippers – a feature I find truly impressive. The substantial waistband contributes significantly to the overall comfort. I particularly appreciated the jogger high-waist style, which not only provided a snug fit but also helped prevent any floor fluids from making contact with clothing. One noteworthy aspect is the remarkable flexibility of these scrubs; in fact, I could confidently do yoga without any concerns about tearing.”
Do you have any specific feedback you'd like to share with Fabletics scrubs?
“I value the well-balanced approach taken towards cost and quality. While the project maintains these standards admirably, I do have a couple of suggestions. It would be great to explore additional color options for the strings on the scrubs. Additionally, considering a top design with zippers at the top rather than large pockets could be worthwhile. This adjustment would address the concern of items easily falling out when bending forward.”

“I have been a nurse for 5 years, all of which have been in oncology! I spent 3 years inpatient/bedside, 1 year traveling, and I’ve spent the past year working as a palliative/oncology nurse in an outpatient clinic!”
What scrubs do you usually wear to work and why?
“I typically wear Figs or Jaanuu because they are the only scrubs that a) carry the sizes I wear (XXS petite bottoms), are comfortable, and are also stylish.”
How do you typically choose your scrubs?
“The most important factor to me is sizing, because I wear XXS petite bottoms. If the company does not carry my size, I will automatically exclude the company. I am willing to pay a little more if it means I can get my size. I also care a lot about style and feel—I like scrubs that look stylish but also are stretchy and not restricting. I’m a high-energy girl who likes to move a lot so I want my scrubs to move with me without leaving marks in my skin (e.g. at my waistline) at the end of the day.”
How long are you usually at work during a typical shift?
“I work either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.”
What do you like about Fabletics scrubs?
“I like Fabletics for 3 reasons:
1) style and comfort. The joggers are soft and comfy and the tops are form-fitting. They’re also made to move which is nice!
2) they’re stretchy. They’re athleisure scrubs and you can tell because the material is stretchy and elastic.
3) they’re lightweight and breathable. Whether it’s a fast-paced day at work or a slow day, I always dread the walk to my car in the sweltering Houston heat. However, thanks to the material, I don’t feel the heat which is amazing. ”
What do you dislike about Fabletics scrubs?
“Plain and simple: the lack of pockets. Give me my back pockets back!!!”

“They’re better than Figs!!”

“The material feels a little thin, however, it makes it feel lightweight and breathable. I wish there was a pen holder in the front left chest pocket.”

“The Fabletics scrubs make for a comfortable 12-hour shift to move around in.”

“Is there a way to remove the T-shape seam in the back of the scrub top design so you don't feel the seam on your back?”
