"This hospital is a small community hospital that sees the traffic of a facility twice it's size. Because of this, the management is incredibly supportive and does there best to ensure safe staffing. There are many benefits and education opportunities."
"Everyone in this hospital is insanely nice. You think they are fake, but they are for real just this nice. Very helpful staff. The majority are religious and do pray at huddles in the morning. If this is not your thing, just be respectful of those who participate. The food in the cafeteria is horrible. The food in Richmond is incredible. I love this place."
