About the Role

We are looking for a Practice Success Manager to support the nurse practitioners on our platform in building thriving, sustainable, independent primary care practices.

As Practice Success Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner, provider advocate, and guide—supporting NPs through onboarding, growth, and the everyday challenges of running a practice. You’ll act as both a mentor and an operational coach, and play a unique role as a clinical sounding board to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.

• You’ve started your own practice or worked in a small clinic setting
• You’ve been a go-to resource among colleagues for clinical decision-making
• You have experience supporting others in a mentorship or training capacity

Responsibilities

• Act as a sounding board for NPs, helping them navigate complex decisions
• Support new practices through onboarding, setup, and go-live
• Create and lead trainings, SOPs, and offer clinic guidance
• Offer ongoing mentorship as a source of encouragement and motivation for our providers to ensure practice success
• Be available and highly responsive via phone and email for all provider questions and concerns
• Facilitate peer-to-peer collaboration and a sense of community among providers
