What You’ll Do
· Perform Comprehensive Exams: Dive deep into patient assessments with thorough physical exams and accurate documentation using our state-of-the-art Eclinical system.
· Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with our top tier supervising physician to drive cohesive and forward-thinking patient care.
· Master Diagnostic Techniques: Utilize your skills to conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including advanced imaging data and fine needle aspirations.
· Diagnose with Precision: Provide timely and accurate diagnoses for breast health conditions, setting the stage for effective treatment.
· Craft Tailored Care Plans: Develop and execute personalized care plans by collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
· Empower and Educate: Guide patients through lifestyle modifications, dietary choices, and self-care practices, ensuring they have the tools to support their well-being.
· Foster Supportive Communication: Maintain an open and supportive dialogue with patients, addressing their concerns and providing compassionate care.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner credential preferred
- Prior experience in surgical oncology and/or women’s health is highly desirable
- Proficiency in ultrasound techniques preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
