Clinical Nurse Home Health

The Nautical Group, a retained executive search firm in Raleigh, is working with a major health system in the area to fill their Clinical Nurse Home Health position. This person is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families in Wake County and some of the surrounding counties through the implementation of a plan of care.

General Responsibilities:

• Assess each patient’s physical, psychological, and socioeconomic status, and physician orders regarding care, treatment and education
• Understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values and management of patient care services
• Support and incorporate the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, North Carolina Board of Nursing Practice Act and organization nursing and patient care models
• Work in collaboration with a variety of individuals and disciplines

Requirements:

• One year of nursing experience required
• One year of home care experience preferred
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, or a passing score on the NCLEX examination and current enrollment in an advanced nursing degree program required
• Current license as an RN or valid “Status P” (Petitioner) temporary license in State of North Carolina required
• Current valid drivers license and proof of car insurance required
