Position Summary: As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll have the opportunity to provide compassionate care to patients by working collaboratively with other nursing staff, Ward Clerks, and ED Technicians. Every day, you’ll impact the lives of a culturally diverse patient population, through your commitment to service excellence and patient advocacy.
Job Requirements
Education, Training and Experience:
Requirements:- California RN license required
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certification within 90 days of ED employment
- Hazmat and CPI class within 6 months of hire
- One year of RN experience in acute care or an Emergency Department
- Evidence of continuing education in emergency nursing
- Arrhythmia recognition
- National certification in emergency nursing (i.e. CEN, TNCC)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field
