Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Las Angeles CA - Extenders Group is seeking Advanced Practitioners to work independently performing in-home, pre-scheduled health risk assessments for seniors in specific geographic areas. Visit volume is flexible & can be up to 20 visits per week.
