Sry compassionate, professional and caring! Had my 95 year old grandmother in for a procedure and could not of asked for better care. The care that we had was from the nurses, CRNA, explaining exactly what they would be doing and then the Interventionalist Radiology. All so caring and explaingi g everything in a way you could understand. They took they time and made everyone feel comfortable with having the procedure.

Two were great, one wasn’t.
Dr. Zrenda and RN Liane Leavitt were absolutely amazing. I was so impressed with these two. Very caring and attentive.
The RN in the ER named Amanda was very hateful. Could not stand how hateful she was.

I have been at Ponca City hospital for over 2 years. Admin and management suck.
Coworkers are great! It's like a family and they are always trying to help out or cover where needed. It is a small town so you don't see a whole lot of big stuff so it's pretty laid back.
Pay is sub par, admin does not care about you or try to update equipment, always understaffed.

I haven't worked there in about 8 years
Coworkers were great, but hospital has been sold twice in 8 years. Consistent type of work. Could use better administration, but that's expected to change frequently.
Keeps changing owners, not stable. Workers were never sure they would have employment. Often understaffed, which is common.

The Staff in L&D/ Peds are amazing
Small community feels like you really have true connections with your pts. Everybody helps each other and they'll fight to get you help if they can't themselves.
When it's slow ... it's Slllllloooooowwwww
