PROS:
Good learning facility, good for new grads; good benefits
CONS:
Unbelievably poor salary or wage with even poorer pay increases. Most of the people there have been there since graduation, and are oblivious to the fact that RN’s can make more than $22/hour, and LPN’s more than $15/hour.

PROS:
Co-workers are excellent and there is good support among fellow nurses in the unit I work. Good comradari and helpful when needed.
CONS:
Ratio can be poor at times and a focus on financial aspect rather than quality of care can be a problem at times.

PROS:
Coworkers are great to work with, pay is competitive for the area, scheduling is easy, the facility could use some modernization.
CONS:
Ratio gets tough, occasionally team nursing with 2RNs, 1 tech, and 20 patients

Coronary CareUnder staffed
PROS:
Coworkers were supportive but other staff did not promote growth within the hospital! Advancement was not an option. Very good selection of doctors to work for
