No pros to this hospital except that the beach in the town is gorgeous and the summers are very beautiful.
Left doors open while getting ready for surgeries. Not a team oriented place. No communication. Cannot keep good staff.

Hospital provides it's full time employees with benefits. Caring and supportive management. Competitive pay.
Medical-Surgical (MS, Med-Surg)
The patient ratio is 5:1 and these people are sick. Not only that you have ortho surgery patients who, by nature of their condition, are very physically demanding.
