1 year spcu ortho
Nice coworkers, excellent orthopedic doctors, have been a patient there and had great care. Convenient location to Indianapolis and great state parks.
Very close to home, decent pay, love my specialty; get to learn from co-workers who have done this for 20 years
Co workers are all women; who can be very moody & hard to worK with at times
Poor support structure for travel nurses.
RN role is simplified.
Some workers help only those in their inner circle. Poor support structure even with buddy system. Help is offered after issues are resolved usually. Travelers can feel isolated. Certain staff try to hard to make travelers feel welcome. Will give admissions on first day with barely oriented travelers. Have to be a fast learner and very resourceful to survive here.
