Emergency Room (ER)

Worst hospital visit ever!

1
PROS:

None

CONS:

Horrible service, never seen so many unprofessional people working in the healthcare field. Everyone is walking around or standing in huddles talking. No one to assist anyone, no names have been called in over 4 hours straight... No names at all! Totally unexceptionable. The whole emergency room team needs to be fired, one person is sleep behind the desk. Just horrible!

Intensive Care (Critical Care, CCU, ICU)

BSN RN - CCRN

PROS:

Team working environment ; Lots of opportunities to grow especially with new and aspiring nurses. Our unit recently received AACN Silver Beacon award. Staff support each other and Leadership make sure nobody is left out.We do a lot in our unit from CRRT;Prone /ARDS, Hypothermia/TTM and more! Its cool to work here because you always given ample time to learn and grow and perfect your skills as a critical care nurse!CCRN is highly recommended but you are given enough time to get your certification while working at the same time. Pay is based on years of experience and certification.
