RN in cath lab

PROS:

pay in decent, enjoy most staff, flexible hours, I don't have much to say on this, I have a great director in the ED.

CONS:

high turnover, no advancement opportunities, I really don't have too much to say

Oncology

Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant Nurse

PROS:

High end facilities. World class hospital. JCI accredited. Best doctors in the Philippines. Affiliated with other international hospitals. Excellent customer care.

CONS:

Understaff, low salary

Ambulatory Care

It was awesome

PROS:

Coworkers, pay, patient to RN ratio, family time, it was lovely to work there. I would do it again anytime

Postpartum (Perinatal)

Clinical Assistant

PROS:

Pay, coworkers. The upper management staff treats each employee like a team member and really cares about you as an individual I felt.

CONS:

Mandatory flu shot or your fired. Some HR paperwork was confusing to figure out and HR was not very helpful. Also the new computer system had alot of glitches.

Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)

Excellent, very caring management staff.

PROS:

Great teamwork, excellent ratio of staff to patients. MD Staff easily accessible. Lots of family involvement . Therapy assessments usually dobe within the first hours of admission Great free parking

CONS:

Can sometimes over schedule, which amounts to cancellations. Not located in the best area of town.So many codes, for every area.
