Great coworkers, always willing to help with patient care. Excellent salary, and sign on bonus. Nurse to put ratio is approximately six patients to one nurse.
I have always loved this hospital. The only Con that I can think of is that we got our assignments in blocks instead of acuity. It may be different now.

It's a small hospital, you develop quick repoire with your colleagues, good,bad,and ugly at times. Overall a great place to work. Intense at times, can be slow at other times.
