PROS:
Extremely low pay,benefits are very expensive, scheduling flexibility is awesome Hospital culture is great. The nursing staff, overall, is really good. The nurses seem over worked and stressed. Nurses are pulled to different floors to fill in staffing holes. The cost of benefits is high and doesn't appear to cover much. The ot is low.
