wonderful trauma center, great stroke unit, good co-workers willing to help, easy to navigate around hospital, great place to learn as a student

CONS:

not great with caring about personal schedule,

Great!

PROS:

Friendly staff, great teamwork, very welcoming hospital, amazing new children's hospital, staff to patient ratios very doable, self scheduling is a plus

Great nurses, Midwest hospitality!

PROS:

Nurses are amazing, team environment! Schedule is flexibility and most managers work with your needs. Nurses appreciate you being there and are glad for the help.

CONS:

5-1 ratio, short staffed often! Young staff which is good and bad, turn over on the unit has slowed but staff is mandated for "their fair share" of overtime.
