Ratio ok most of time. Great location and town. Good oncologists

CONS:

Staff shortages at times. Old hospital. Equipment issues. Drs other than Pnc can be difficult and lazy with ems and orders and rounding

PROS:

Be prepared to work many hours and take a lot of call. A lot of management changes recently so a lot of trial and error experiences. Turn over was high for awhile so trying to build back up our staff. Doctors and other coworkers are fantastic to work with. Very close family :)
