Schedule and staff and all around clean and friendly environment. Very well staffed that cared about clients and staff. Great atmosphere.

Professionalism of the med staff explaining the situational medical findings understandable to the patient. Proximity to the community.
Ramp entrance narrow wide, parking inconvenient for elderly people as no elevator access. The rooms are small for two patients inside.

Teaching hospital. Great resources for patients and staff. Benefits are generous, with great salaries. Teamwork with in alldisciplines. Available education opportunities inside institution and in the community's.

The hospital I work for takes evidence based pratice seriously. There are many comic tees and counsels that work hard to improve pratcie. The company invests alot into trainING nursing and continuing education.
The amount of hours you work are unpredictable from day to day.
