Emergency Room (ER)

Absolutely Horrible

1
PROS:

They finally found a vein to put an IV in..... AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF

CONS:

Went in due to my inability to hold any food down for four days. Once I was called into the room to get a few tests done, it was time to get an IV. It took a painful hour and half and three nurses later to finally find a vein, two of which punctured an artery in each arm, resulting in a puddle of blood on the floor, sending me into an extreme panic attack almost causing me to pass out. You would think certified nurses who went to school would know how to find a vein, a simple trip that should’ve taken an hour max, ended up eating up 3 1/2 hours of my Sunday. Thank you St. Marks.
