Clinical Nursing Positions

The Nautical Group, a retained executive search firm in Raleigh, is working with a major health system in the area to fill several clinical nursing positions from various departments. The ideal candidates will have experience providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. Job responsibilities and requirements will vary based upon position and department.


General Responsibilities:

  • Create a plan based on the assessment of each patient’s physical, psychological, socioeconomic status and physician orders regarding care, treatment and education
  • Understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values and management of patient care services
  • Support and incorporate the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, North Carolina Board of Nursing Practice Act and organization nursing and patient care models
  • Ability to work in collaboration with a variety of individuals and disciplines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, or a passing score on the NCLEX examination and current enrollment in an advanced nursing degree program
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred (required depending on position)
  • Current license as an RN or valid “Status P” (Petitioner) temporary license in the State of North Carolina
  • Relevant experience in applicable nursing department
