Operating Room (OR)
Awesome Hospital but...
Have great staff, diversified culture, competitive salary. Management very supportive and encourages professional growth. My manager was great. Enjoyed working with a great group of people.
Too much call and hard for nurses with younger children. Crappy Insurance. Scheduling is hard at times.
Great opportunity to learn various specialties with the latest equipment.
Intensive Care (Critical Care, CCU, ICU)
It is a good hospital. Nice team work. Let the scheduler know about any days off you want early.
Operating Room (OR)
It is a great hospital environment. The priority is patient care and safety.
The people I work with. Mangers have a open door policy and are very easy to talk to. The pay is pretty good.
