Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)

Amazing staff and leadership

PROS:

Management is awesome in the CVICU/CICU. Always quick to respond and always appropriate with staff.

CONS:

Sometimes staffing is an issue, but that is everywhere. Even when short staffed the CS and other staff members work together to help out.

Pediatric ICU (PICU)

Travel nurse, staff nurse

PROS:

Great work environment! Competitive pay and benefits.

CONS:

The politics. But after being a travel nurse for so long then going staff, I'm used to not having to deal with the politics.

Dialysis (Nephrology)

Dialysis RN

PROS:

Great team and management, fantastic facility, nice area with lots to see and do. Phoenix is a great place to winter!

Operating Room (OR)

Good place to work

PROS:

Love it here. I have so much fun working for this hospital. It is centrally located and offers many peds specialties.

Other hospitals in Phoenix pay significantly more
