Horrible management throught hospita

PROS:

Schedule 12 hour shifts, 3 days a week, self scheduling is a plus, works for staff as l9ng as they work together

CONS:

Management is horrible all the way up, they do not care about the staff, they only care about survey results

It is a great little place to work.

PROS:

The people and the hospital are nice. The hospital and town it is in is growing rapidly. The hospital is currently expanding and planing on expanding to accomadate the growth of the city

Receiving their patients

PROS:

Close proximity to home, recognized valued hospital, recognized stroke center, high quality of ICU nurses and physicians, great communications between families, nurses, physicians

CONS:

Nurses do not know their patients, nurses do not call report when sending patients, nurses do not fax orders prior to sending patients, poor communicating between hospital and receiving facilities
