PROS:

High volume facility with great co workers, autonomy, great resources. Good pay. Great scheduling, wonderful teamwork. A Christian environment. Large enough unit to have various opportunities such as Triage, antepartum, labor and delivery, circulating csections.

Coworkers, facility, schedule, ratio, welcoming staff, excellent area near Kansas city, new birth center, clean facility, clean and sterilized scrubs

This hospital is near Kansas City but has a small town feel. Physicians are known to work well with the nurses!

LOVED working here. Didn't encounter a single nurse I didn't get along with. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Unit is new and any resource a labor nurse would need is available to her. Love everything about this unit
