Medical-Surgical (MS, Med-Surg)
Very supportive hospital that cares about their employee
great pay, ability to be able to self schedule, great Doctors, supportive managers, the hospital is also located in a great neighborhood.
high rate of very sick older patients, RN's often get canceled for the scheduled shift due to overstaffing of nurses at the hospital.
Endoscopy (GI, Gastroenterology)
It is a New unit with great nurses and doctors. They are paying double time right now, potential to make money
High patient ratio to nurse, no help from management, always short staffed and not a safe environment. Hard to get a lunch break.
Emergency Room (ER)
love 8t I have had nothing but good experiences at this facility.
Emergency Room (ER)
Nurse to patient ratio is great!
The management lets you grow as a nurse to where you want to be.
