PROS:

Top pay, great ratios and quality care. The facility has multicultural environment and excellent physicians. Teamwork between discilines is top notch. Benifits for employees are excellent.

CONS:

Because of the size of this institution relationships are diluted and impersonal. If you are not cofident in your skills and experience, you migjt find it intimidating.

Critical care setting, great learning environment, excellent teamwork, competent management team, flexible hours, adequate pay, small unit- increased teamwork, amazing experience

Great work environment, friendly staff, scheduling is fair. Management is willing to work with you. Great teaching hospital for new nurses.

The staff working are an amazing group of people that make the day enjoyable, the opportunities to learn are incredible with the hospital pioneering procedures often.

very busy days, stuck working over often

Great coworkers, mostly no weekends or holidays, fun, work autonomous, good pay and benefits, great and primarily healthy clientele. Variety within department of work environments

CONS:

Would like to see longer orientation, if you don't like driving, may not be spot for you

Coworkers are great. Physicians are great. I have been there 8 years. I would recommend the labor and delivery unit
