DMC is a great place to learn and grow professionally!

PROS:

Amazing team of medical professionals!! Would recommend this hospital to anyone looking to grow with hands on experience! Also amazing city explore!

CONS:

Work most holidays as you are a floater but a great place to be! I didn't really have any...always was able to float between units and grow professionally.

Superior training given to new employees, has a positive and upbeat management team. RNs learn time management and prioritization as a high volume of a wide variety of patients come in to be treated. Educational support, and team members willing to help and answer questions. Truly an excellent team.
