Medical-Surgical (MS, Med-Surg)

Two Stars

PROS:

None

CONS:

The hospital has exchanged hands 3 times in the past 5 years. At this point in time the majority of the staff seem to be new RNs as burnout/turn over has been high. I do not feel supported by management-rather it feels like the bottom line takes priority over everything.
