We are understaffed and the nurse patient ratio is horrible. You have to document everything because of the nurse patient ratio. We are constantly understaffed. The nurse patient ratio at Sinai-Grace is 10-15:1. We have 2-3 1 to 1 patients. Sometimes we do not get a lunch because there is no one to cover. We are constantly understaffed.
