Currently in the process of delivering Health care in a new model. Be prepared for changes which can be enriching and afford a lot of growth. In the hospital setting striving for Magnum status. Ambulatory is under going many changes, but a delightful place to work

Salaries are not negotiable once you accept the position. The probationary period is actually 6 months, not 1 year. This is a nurses Union environment and HR is low-balling the salaries, check with your union Rep immediately when you notice an issue with your pay.
