Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)
Experience at OSU
They offer great pay and I worked with some great coworkers. Everyone worked together as a team, and helped out even if it wasn't their patient. They also had low ratios.
great team work, current technology used
Co-workers are team players, pay & benefits are good, clean and well-run facility, patients are well taken care of. Technology is most current.
Sometimes scheduling. Otherwise do not know of any cons. Its a great hospital.
Intensive Care (Critical Care, CCU, ICU)
Come for the coworkers
The best part of this place is the coworkers. I've found mostly all of them to be helpful. The night attending physicians are superb and very helpful.
Great first hospital and unit to start at.
Expect a friendly work environment where team work is needed and very much appreciated. Expect long days too N/a
