Been here 2 yrs, enjoy my work but management is very inconsistent

Co-workers, pays pretty well, can make my own schedule. Very close to my home so little wear and tear on vehicle.

Too much nepotism. Management.. Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. Old, broken down equipment.

Coworkers and management are awesome. Very supportive. Management is very focused on helping you achieve your career goals. Not once have I ever felt attacked or victimized in any way.

Sometimes staffing isn't the best, but name a place that is.
