Intensive Care (Critical Care, CCU, ICU)

Great community feel in a larger hospital setting

PROS:

Great coworkers, organization, good place to learn and grow. Competitive pay and benefits. Plenty of educational opportunities available as well.

CONS:

Location/neighborhood is a bit sketchy at times. Holiday pay is less than ideal. Otherwise a great job for experienced and inexperienced nurses alike.

Very focused on holistic approach to medicine

Coworkers and management are awesome. Very supportive. Management is very focused on helping you achieve your career goals. Not once have I ever felt attacked or victimized in any way.

Sometimes staffing isn't the best, but name a place that is.
