Great!

PROS:

Coworkers are wonderful! Schedule is flexible for you. The patient population is consistent but always changing. You are always on your toes.

CONS:

Ratio can be a problem at times and some people complain about pay. We also float a lot to accommodate hospital wide float pool and that is inconvenient to our nurses.

Ambulatory Care

NSU has great staff however benefits are crappy and there is a lot of construction occuring throughout the hospital.
