PROS:

We are trying to make the culture here a caring compassionate culture. We nurses have to pull together and foster teamwork as we are a small facility and the patient turnover (discharges and admissions) on one shift is overwhelming most days. We are expanding and there is room for growth as new positions in management open up. Our top leadership is not the most supportive so we have to really work together (Nurse Managers, ANM's, nurses and techs) to keep our patients safe and provide excellent Nursing care.

Great hospital. However, staff in the department needed to do their jobs instead of being on Facebook with their cell phones. I worked in the endoscopy unit 8 hour shifts
