CONS:

Small hospital with few resources .. Affiliated with UNC but none of the UNC benefits like health insurance or tuition benefits, but you have to follow unc's attendance and uniform policies

There is no provider in house at night for most of the patients. Also, it is hard to feel like you can call a rapid and even if you do, there is no physician or mid-level provider on the rapid response team.
