Company believes in its employees called "coworkers" , promoting within and team approach, and pay is very good . Benefits are great if you are full time .

Good pay and. Nice and people were very friendly. Competitive pay have to negotiate salary sometimes But overall a pleasant atmosphere.

Great place to work. Clean facility. Excellent coworkers. Always willing to help. Pay is also great. Mangers are encouraging. Shift hours and patient load is great

Orientation to building should be longer.

Ambulatory Care

Service Excellence for staff, patients and families is their goal

PROS:

Magnet status, excellent and competitive benefits along with salaries. Friendly and safe environment. Up to date faculty with state of the art Heart and Vascular Center opening in 2017

CONS:

Can't think of any. Nothing negative to report. It is a hospital with an ambulatory eye center in cluded. Some policies such as sick , calling out sick is very stringent and it does not matter the reason. Excused absents are with MD note but only a certain number per calendar year
