Unsafe patient ratios

PROS:

Good benefits, self scheduling, no uniforms (wear whatever scrubs you like)

CONS:

Horrible ratios 1:8 on medsurg floors (sometimes more, I once took 10!), too many managers, policies are constantly changing and it's overwhelming for staff to keep up with

Progressive Care

Four Stars

PROS:

It is a very good place to work but often understaffed so patient/nurse ratio is more times than not more than what I was originally told in my interview. Overall a great place to work.
