Four Stars

PROS:

I've been at this hospital for 10 years, it is growing and the LDRP unit that I work on has been going through a lot of changes. They are currently hiring for a nurse manager and the pay is below average in the area. There is a good culture of teamwork, but some senior nurses will play favorites.
